Responsibilities Of The Retail Sales Associate – Women’s Fashion
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
- Support daily retail store operations and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a professional shopping experience.
- Assist with maintaining merchandise presentation and organization.
- Support the team with additional store responsibilities as needed.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional and personable approach with customers.
- Ability to work 3–4 shifts per week, including weekends.
- Availability for scheduled 10:30 AM–7:30 PM shifts.
- Women’s retail or fashion experience strongly preferred.
- Premium or luxury retail experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a customer-facing retail environment.
