Our client, a wholesale consumer goods company is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day wholesale sales activities and follow up with clients and accounts
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Stay organized and maintain accurate records and information
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and account needs
• Monitor ongoing tasks and proactively follow up to keep projects moving forward
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience with AMT is a plus, but not required
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload
• Ability to see the bigger picture while managing day-to-day responsibilities
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Full Time On Site.

Salary: $50k-$65k
