Responsibilities Of The Retail Sales Associate
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience.
- Assist clients with product selection, styling, and purchases.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support repeat business.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of products, collections, and current fashion trends.
- Support merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor.
- Assist with fitting room coverage, POS transactions, and other daily store operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- 1+ years of retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for fashion and providing an elevated client experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Professional and polished presentation.
- Women’s apparel and fashion retail experience.
- Premium, contemporary, or luxury retail experience.
- Experience with clienteling and building customer relationships.
- Experience working toward individual or store sales goals.
- Styling or fashion merchandising experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Seasonal 3-month assignment.
