Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in New York, NY. The Sales Associate will assist customers with their purchases, maintain an organized and inviting store environment, and provide a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, processing payments, answering customer inquiries, and contributing to a pleasant shopping experience. The Sales Associate will also have the opportunity to represent the friendly and community-focused ethos of The Little Tribeca.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
  • Maintain and develop personal relationships to ensure customer loyalty and maintain an up to date client book
  • Meet monthly sales goals and KPI's
  • Drive productivity and profitability
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques for example cross selling and adding on, in order to drive sales and KPIs
  • Merchandise products in a delightful way and maintain standards of product presentation
  • Maintain, update and restock store inventory
  • Keep the store tidy, organized and restocked at all times
  • Help with management of inventory: receiving, quality check and update products in inventory management system.
  • Price and placing new product arrivals in their dedicated areas
  • Monitor and updating inventory levels and alerting the team if certain items run low
  • Daily emails when our Manager is out of the store
  • Personal appearance and presentation must be aligned with company policy
  • Pay range $22-$24 is based on experience
