We’re seeking a motivated jewelry salesperson and client services professional to join our small, nimble team on Jewelers Row in downtown Chicago. This role is ideal for someone with great energy, curiosity, and a people-first mindset.
You don’t need deep jewelry experience to start, but you do need to be eager to learn and genuinely excited about delivering exceptional products and thoughtful, high-touch experiences for every client.
A natural interest in design and jewelry manufacturing will serve you well here, and any background in art, design, jewelry, or gemstones is a strong plus.

You will be serving clients during the biggest moments of their lives! You’ll work with them on jewelry and custom design including:
- Diamond and gemstone engagement rings
- Men’s and women’s wedding bands
- Diamond and gemstone bands and other jewelry
- Custom projects such as gemstone pendants, ring resets, and heirloom redesigns.
Other general responsibilities will include:
- Responding to phone and email inquiries
- Helping walk-in clients
- Tag-teaming with senior salespeople on major sales
- Supporting the whole team by assisting clients as needed
- Helping to maintain a clean, fun, productive showroom floor
- Regular clienteling: following up with clients, keeping in touch and staying organized enough to know when to reach out and congratulate them on new weddings, engagements, new babies, etc.!
REQUIREMENTS
You must:
- Have experience in sales and customer service
- Have great communication skills, including email and phone
- Be friendly, professional and have a positive attitude
- Be a team player and willing to pitch in as needed
- Be organized
- Be a sponge: you will need to learn diamonds, gemstones, jewelry, manufacturing and more in order to be truly successful
