INNOVA is building a Special Ops Team: 10 elite HVAC sales engineers who deploy wherever needed to ensure our customers and projects succeed.
Why? When a project needs momentum. When a customer wants white-glove technical support. When something has to go right, this is the team we send in.
This isn't a desk job with occasional travel. Travel is the job. You'll be part of the smallest, sharpest team INNOVA has ever put in the field.
Your Mission- Deploy on short notice to support high-priority projects and customer accounts wherever they need it most
- Provide white-glove technical sales support - the kind of hands-on expertise that keeps a project moving and a customer confident
- Walk into a building, read the mechanical situation, and know what fits
- Solve real problems in real buildings for real people, not from behind a desk
- Work alongside local teams to strengthen projects and relationships already in motion - you're reinforcement, not a replacement
