Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based at Dudek & Bock’s facility in Chicago, IL. The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Representative position lies in successfully securing new, profitable sales from existing customers. The position works closely with Engineering and cross-functional Business Unit Team members to implement agreed upon strategies related to profitable growth in sales. This position coordinates the planning and implementation of new parts into production. The position has a strong external focus in developing partnering relationships with the customer with the primary goal of obtaining growth in profitable volume. Critical to the success of this position is the ability to work well within a business team environment and matrix reporting structure. This position actively supports the Company mission, strategic goals, quality policy, objectives and systems.

Qualifications

1. Develops & maintains positive and ongoing relationships with current accounts to insure continued business as well as promoting growth in sales.
2. Wins new parts with existing customers by active outreach and online research.
3. Builds new relationships and successfully secures profitable sales for the Company.
4. Compiles and communicates customer survey data and other customer feedback or trends to the business unit, sales support, and the executive management team.
5. Works closely with Sales and Marketing support staff to implements new marketing strategies.
6. Represents Dudek & Bock at trade shows, and coordinates follow up on requests for quotes from customers.
7. Assists team in following up on customer issues.
8. Travels to customer facilities as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
9. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Prefer 4 to 6 years Sales and Marketing experience in metal forming industry.
