What You’ll Do:
- Represent our client through our short-cycle, face-to-face sales program
- Help small businesses & consumers solve real problems
- Master and execute our proven sales process
- Deliver exceptional results in both sales volume and quality
- Manage customer onboarding and retention in your territory
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Work with senior leaders to scale a regional team
- Coach and develop top performers around you
- Uphold an elite sales culture on the field
- Commit to ongoing personal development and leadership training
- Travel for new launches and national events
Requirements:
Background in competitive sports (collegiate, semi-pro, or high-level individual sports)
Coachable, ambitious, and ready to grind
Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, in-office
Authorized to work in the U.S.
