Sales Manager, Food Colors, Flavors, Ingredients
Our client is a growing and responsible supplier of value-added functional ingredients sold to manufacturers of Food and Beverage products - baking & snacks, dairy, and sports nutrition are the key end use markets. We are looking to hire a Sales professional who has experience calling on companies that use items like Natural Colors, Flavors, Plant-Based Proteins, Whey Protein, Fiber, and related clean-label food ingredients. This is a remote sales position. Work from home and also travel to visit with customers one-on-one, attend trade shows, and attend sales meetings.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow accounts within the specialty ingredient sector.
- Build relationships with food, beverage and nutrition brands to understand their needs.
- Promote and sell our portfolio of specialty ingredients.
- Work closely with technical and R&D teams to provide solutions tailored to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ingredient sales or related B2B sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the food, beverage or nutrition ingredient market.
- Proven ability to develop business and deliver on targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and customers.
