Our client, a growing duty-free retailer with luxury boutique shops, is seeking Sales Representatives to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service at their JFK Airport location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience
• Greet and engage clients to high standards
• Drive and surpass sales goal
• Ensure safety and security standards with the store
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, sales promotions, and flight changes
• Assist in maintaining visual displays to meet established brand standards
• Support delivery of merchandise to and from the store
• Maintain an organized stock room and assist with restocking as needed
• Light cleaning of shelves, counters, and tables
• Ad hoc assignments by management

Requirements:

• High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• 1+ year of customer service or selling experience in a luxury fashion
• Energized to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Bi-lingual skills preferred, not required
• Must be flexible with schedule; Evening, Weekends and Holidays
• Maintain a professional appearance & follow brand standards when interacting with clients
• Must be a team player
• Must participate in inventory twice a year
• Must pass airport security background check
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per shift
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
