- Loaded, organized, and verified packages to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
- Used GPS navigation and handheld mobile devices to manage routes, confirm deliveries, and communicate with dispatch.
- Provided professional customer service by delivering packages accurately and resolving delivery issues when needed.
- Performed pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and reported maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintained productivity by completing 150–250+ deliveries per shift while meeting performance and quality standards.
- Lifted and carried packages up to 50 pounds and worked in various weather conditions.
- Demonstrated strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to meet daily delivery goals.
