We are looking for a driven and resilient Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong background in full-cycle sales recruiting. While this is initially a contract-style opportunity driven by increased hiring demand, there is potential for long-term alignment for the right individual. Client Details A well established and reputable Ed-Tech company, based out of Manhattan. Description As the Sales Recruiter, you will support some of the largest and fastest-moving sales organizations within the business. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent across field and inside sales roles, primarily focusing on individual contributor positions such as Account Executives and territory-based "hunter" profiles. This role requires someone who understands the language of sales quotas, revenue generation, and pipeline and can confidently engage with stakeholders. Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, from intake through offer Proactively source and engage high-quality sales talent, with a strong focus on "hunter" profiles Partner closely with hiring managers, providing consistent updates and managing expectations Navigate direct, fast-paced feedback loops with confidence and professionalism Drive a high sense of urgency across all open roles, ensuring speed without sacrificing quality Contribute to workforce planning conversations, offering insights and forecasting support Maintain strong organization and follow-through across multiple high-priority requisitions Leverage data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies and decision-making Collaborate with a small, agile Talent Acquisition team to support shared goals Profile 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales hiring Background in sales prior to transitioning into recruiting Experience supporting both entry-level and experienced sales hiring Comfort recruiting for geographically distributed or territory-based roles Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in sales roles, agency or startup environments Strong understanding of sales roles, terminology, and candidate profiles Ability to manage and influence stakeholders Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, "over-communicator" mindset High level of resilience, organization, and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments Experience with workforce planning or forecasting is a strong plus Familiarity with Workday is preferred, but not required Job Offer Highly competitive hourly rate Possible Temp to Perm based on performance Fully Remote opportunity Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Flexible working in different time zones nationally across the US.
