Service Operations Administrator

We're partnering with a Pharm-focused organization to bring on a Service Operations Administrator to support warranty, repair, and service workflows across technical support and field service teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create and process warranty orders, estimates, and purchase orders to support service and field teams
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce service cases, including tracking details and product line updates
  • Update service projects with vendor and service provider labor invoices
  • Ensure response times and SLAs are met across active service requests
  • Provide timely, professional support to internal teams
  • Follow required HIPAA, safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative, service operations, or service support role
  • Hands-on experience working with a CRM tool like salesforce or something similar
  • Comfort working with purchase orders, estimates, warranties, or invoices
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries is a plus

Nice to Have

  • ERP system experience (Infor Syteline or similar)
  • Exposure to warranty, repair, or field service operations
