Service Operations Administrator
We're partnering with a Pharm-focused organization to bring on a Service Operations Administrator to support warranty, repair, and service workflows across technical support and field service teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and process warranty orders, estimates, and purchase orders to support service and field teams
- Maintain accurate Salesforce service cases, including tracking details and product line updates
- Update service projects with vendor and service provider labor invoices
- Ensure response times and SLAs are met across active service requests
- Provide timely, professional support to internal teams
- Follow required HIPAA, safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an administrative, service operations, or service support role
- Hands-on experience working with a CRM tool like salesforce or something similar
- Comfort working with purchase orders, estimates, warranties, or invoices
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries is a plus
Nice to Have
- ERP system experience (Infor Syteline or similar)
- Exposure to warranty, repair, or field service operations
