ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for Retail Sales Associates to join the team at our Soho flagship. In this role, you'll

represent With Jéan in-store, providing styling support, driving sales, and confidently sharing product

details. You'll help shape the customer experience and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy

environment. This is a key opportunity to be part of our only flagship and play a role in how our community connects with With Jéan in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a personalized and engaging shopping experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.
• Offer styling advice, helping customers find pieces that suit their personal style and fit preferences.
• Drive sales by building customer relationships and sharing brand knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain product knowledge - stay updated on collections, fabrics, fits, and styling recommendations.
• Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
• Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring displays align with brand standards and look aesthetically appealing.
• Support with inventory management, conducting stock checks and assisting with inbound shipments.
• Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and in line with our aesthetic at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and energetic store atmosphere.
• Contribute to a team-first mentality, assisting colleagues as needed and fostering a supportive work environment.
